3-month sublet | 1-bed flat | 1 April – 30 June

My partner and I are looking to short-term sublet our 1-bed flat from 1 April to 30 June while we’re travelling, bills (including council tax and wifi) are included.

Ideal for a professional or couple seeking a comfortable, well-connected London base for a few months.

Who we’re looking for
Preferably professionals who will treat the flat with care. References from an employer and/or current landlord preferred. Non-smokers.

We also have a few very low-maintenance houseplants and would love someone happy to water them about once a month.
