Hi. I am renting out all 3 rooms on the top floor of my house for a single person or couple to enjoy.
You will have a large double bedroom, a smaller room for use as your living room and a large room at the back of the house ideal for an office, workout room or whatever takes your fancy. Ideal if you wfh.

You will be sharing with me, Terry the landlord, the bathroom and kitchen. I occupy a room downstairs though I am away most weekends.

There is a small patio type garden at the rear.

All bills are included in the rent.

Essentially you are getting a one bedroom flat cheap, the only difference is you share the bathroom and kitchen and it will be as a lodger, not a tenant. And no bills!

If you want space and live independent then it is a great opportunity for something more affordable.

While you may not see much of me I am sociable, and friendly honest! Happy to share a bottle of wine, a meal or take a trip to the local if that takes your fancy when the chance arises.

Its a nice area close to Turnpike Lane Station and not far from Seven Sisters Station. The neighbors are quite and very nice, and there is a mixed group in the neighborhood, different ages and vacations.

Wood green shopping is close by, along with as many takeaways as you can think of. A couple of pubs, but central London is only half an hour away,

So if you fancy something with more space than just a room but cannot afford a self contained flat this may be ideal. If you want to ask any questions or come and have a look then happy to help.
