Massive Ensuite double to sublet in Tottenham 2

Hi, my partner and I are travelling for work and looking to sublet our ensuite room End of Aug to End of Sep

We're advertising it at £359 a week, four weeks maximum, but we're open to a conversation if you want to stay shorter or longer. We've kept the price down on purpose. We know how hard it is to find a temporary place, especially as a couple. We got knocked back a lot of times because couples weren't allowed, or we were told we'd have to pay extra. So couples are very welcome here.

The room
Big ensuite double, newly refurbished, everything is new. New bed, new carpet, new kitchen, new sofa. It's clean and pristine. There's a sit stand desk in the room, so if you work from home you've got a proper setup, and there's the same setup in the lounge if you'd rather work out there. We've also got a great fan that cools the whole flat. You'll have your own key to the room, so you get your privacy.

The area
Great location. Gym Group is right across the road, and there are shopping centres and restaurants all around. White Hart Lane station is a three minute walk. Two stops to Seven Sisters for the Victoria line, or the Weaver line straight into Liverpool Street. Bus stop right outside the front door. Sainsbury's, Lidl and Tesco all within walking distance. Very quiet, safe neighbourhood.

Who you'd be living with
There's a live in landlord, and he's one of the kindest, most understanding people you'll ever meet. We love living here, which is why we're looking for someone clean and respectful to take the room while we're away.
