Big double room with no bills - in lovely house

Hi everyone!

We're looking for a flatmate to join our spacious and cosy house in the Bruce Grove area of Tottenham.

We have a bright, cleanly decorated and furnished double room available. The rent is £695 a month included absolutely all bills - water, energy, council tax, and fast broadband.. We have a big bright kitchen with all modern appliance and an open double lounge with dining space. The room itself is airy and bright and the house is big and nicely decorated.

The location gives surprisingly quick access to central London. We're in the Bruce Grove area of Tottenham about 10 minutes walk to either Bruce Grove overground (which runs into Liverpool St) and Tottenham Hale (on the Victoria line). It's 30 minutes door to door to Liverpool Street and 30 minutes to Oxford Circus.

It's also a pretty green area with loads of parks nearby and access to the River Lee in five minutes (lovely for weekend cycling! - and a car-free cycle route all the way down to the City of London.)

We're a professional couple working in a charity and as a UX Designer, We'd love to find a fun and friendly professional who is clean and tidy but also sociable and up for the odd post-work drink or dinner party.

We are very flexible on timing and would be happy to consider someone for as little as one month up to a maximum somewhere around 6 months, with opportunity to extend (we're considering selling the house but this will likely take a while!) We would also be happy to rent the room to a couple but the rent would be higher to reflect the additional person using the shared spaces.
