En suite student room in London for £169/week

Hi!

I'm currently living in Emily Bowes Court in London and have been since September but I unfortunately have to relocate after Christmas.

My contract is a 40 week contract for an en suite room in a flat of 7, with a shared kitchen.

If anyone here is interested in taking over my contract for terms 2 & 3, or perhaps knows someone who may be interested then please get in touch and I'd love to organise it together with you.

This court has 24/7 security. My nearest tube station is Tottenham Hale (Victoria line) which is directly 2 minutes down the road. I have a retail park just across the road with shops including ASDA, Wilkos, Lidl, Poundworld, Next, Costa, Boots, etc. I also have a Tesco Express just on the ground floor too, as well as a 24/7 gym.
