Lovely double room

Hello!

I have a as lovely sized double room for a considerate, clean and quiet male housemate - 30 years and above.

It would be amazing to have someone easy-going and open-minded, but someone who also completely understands the need for personal space and privacy. The room is a downstairs one and a great size, and you have extra privacy being downstairs.

I’ve got a pretty busy lifestyle, so you’ll often see me coming and going and making the most of my time at home. I’m generally quite private, but I do enjoy a friendly chat when we cross paths!

Very important non-negotiables just so we’re on the same page:
1. You MUST be super clean and hygienic, and tidy/clean up after yourself on a daily basis.
2. You have a full-time/Mon-Fri day job and don’t work from home.

I adore animals so will consider pets under the following conditions:
CATS: must be able to use the garden for their toilet (I have a cat flap).
DOGS: only small breeds. Not left on its own in the house when you go to work. Not more than one dog.
