Lovely double room

Hello!

Looking for a considerate, clean and quiet MALE housemate (30+) works a day job and NOT from home.

Cleanliness is key—someone who tidies as they go, wipes down surfaces, does dishes promptly and clears racks…and checks the toilet after using it!! A cleaner helps for a short time once a week, but daily upkeep of cleanliness and sharing bin duties are an absolute must for a peaceful home. Bonus points if you’re on top of recycling!

We’re looking for someone open-minded and easy-going, but someone who completely understands the need for personal space and privacy. The room is downstairs one and a great size, and you have extra privacy being downstairs.

Oh, and I love cats—so you’ll need to be cool with the very occasional furry visitors belonging to a friend. Alternatively, if you have a cat (which goes to the toilet OUTSIDE - no litter boxes unless in your room) or a SMALL dog, I’m up for a discussion! I’m a massive animal lover!
