Commuters: Self contained studio avail Mon-Friday

Available Monday - Friday only so suit a commuter who needs to be in London in the week!

It’s a garden room with en-suite and kitchenette. It has a comfortable bed and tv/wifi and is self contained. Entry is via the garden through the main house as there is no rear lane access so security and being aware of locking doors to the main house etc is important - the rental does not include use of the main house just the garden room.

The property is located in a great spot, right between Downhills Park and Lordship Recreation Ground. Its a 15 minute walk to Seven Sisters station (Victoria line) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) or there is a W4 bus on our road which takes you to either (also Wood Green and Tottenham Hale). It’s also a 5 min walk to the 341, 243, 230, 67 and 41 buses.

Parking is available on road with visitors permit needed 2-4pm weekdays.

The rent includes all bills: broadband, heating, electricity, council tax, water, etc.

I am looking for preferably a female professional to lease the studio Monday to Friday only (or maximum 5dpw). Ideally a commuter who needs to be in london during the week. Short l term let may be OK too. This rent is per month based on 5 days a week occupation.

It’s just myself and two kids in the main house and both kids are at school during the week with varying after school activities. I work from home in the main house.

This would suit someone who needs to work from London on site in the week but has a family home to return to at weekends.
