Cheap small cosy room Wood Green/Turnpike Lane

I am moving out of this cosy single as it is too far from my university. It has a small table, which serves as a convenient work/study area, a single bed, a big wardrobe and some shelves. The house is shared by quiet but friendly and tidy people so I am hoping to find someone like-minded to replace me. Kitchen is large and has all amenities (but no table) and there's a nice garden. There's 3 toilets so no need to fight over the bathrooms.
I have paid the rent for November so am looking for someone to take it from Dec 1st at the latest but earlier is also fine. Please send me a text with a short description of yourself or an email and I'll get back to you!
