North lodge en-suit room sublease (late Jun-Aug)

I would like to sublease a Unite Student North lodge premium range 1 en-suit room from late June or early July to 31 August (negotiable). Five people share a kitchen, and current roommates are quite nice and tidy. 2-minute walk to 24-hour gym and 24-hour Tesco; 3-minute walk to Tottenham Hale station; less than 15 minutes' commute to central London on the Victoria line. The property is just minutes from the supermarkets, clothes shops and places to eat at Tottenham Hale Retail Park. My contract is due on 31 Aug 2016, but I plan to leave London two months earlier and sublease the room. New guest can sign an official rent contract with Unite Student, and can resume the contract if you like.
