I offer a short term let for people in between properties. This ad is for Room only. I have a furnished double room to let in my modern home. I am a live in female landlady. My house has a Large rear garden for use in summer months. A Kitchenette with dining table. A Large bathroom and W/c. We will share the kitchen space ; fridge, cooker and washing machine as well as the bathroom facility.

This is a furnished bedroom: bed, chest of drawers / dresser as well as a wardrobe. Broadband available. Must provide your own personal paraphenalia.

The house is Close to amenities eg: Walking distance of Shops, overground station, a park and easy access to Bus routes. Close to Shopping Centres.

Would preferably like a tidy and clean Female. No pets, no smokers. References required! Immediate occupancy.
