Cute Victorian terraced house (2 bedroom) in north Tottenham/Edmonton

If you’re a kind, caring energy type of soul, who is into nature, art, music, trash tv (real housewives of etc) then we’ll get along. Ideal person is in their 30’s/40's queer, female identifying/non binary.

Very much a home not just a house share type thing
I should mention for transparency that I own the house. I spent the past year renovating the whole place - its a labour of love and want to share with someone who will appreciate and take good care.

Its an old victorian house- the bedroom is upstairs on the first floor and there’s a step up to the front door and a step down into the kitchen so unfortunately is not really v accessible. There are also steps down from the terrace onto the garden
It’s an up and coming area 5 mins from a lovely park (Pymmes park) full of amazing wildlife, 10-15 mins walk from Silver Street overground which goes via London Fields, Bethnal Green, Hackney Downs etc to Liverpool Street. Seven Sisters is 3 stops away with interchange onto the Victoria line
White Hart Lane is round the corner with all the new bits and bobs going on in Tottenham and Drumsheds at the old IKEA site down the road.

The room is a double room- unfurnished. The house is fully furnished and has all the bits- American double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is pretty luxury- freestanding bath and separate rain shower wet room. Nice garden, I’m into growing stuff and it’s looking cute.

You’ll be sharing with me - Olivia (artist) - it’s a chilled vibe, v social space and a little sanctuary so looking for similar energy. I love a party/rave but generally speaking not so much at the house. I'm super clean and tidy so looking for a sharer who is too.
