There is a seperate lounge and dinning rooms, a great sized kitchen with a dishwasher, an upstairs family bathroom, downstairs toilet, conservatory and a great big workshop/garden shed! Cant wait for summer’24!
Silver street overground is less than 5 mins away which takes you to liverpool street directly. Its also 2stops to the Victoria line at seven sisters so you can be at oxford circus in 20mins and King’s Cross in less. Pymmes park and Lidl/Tesco Kfc/Mcdees are less than 5 min walk away. Fore street has plenty shopping options and buses, including the superloop take you to Walthamstow, Kings Cross, Dalston (yeahh) or London Bridge, Turnpike Lane and Finsbury park. White Hart Lane for any spurs or Yonce fans is 15 min walk where you will also find a massive Sainsbury’s and Aldi etc. Bruce grove park with Tennis courts is 10-15 mins walk. Wood green and Lea valley cinemas are within a 15 min bus ride

George is non-binary, not fussed about pronouns and works 3-4 days a week from home for the NHS in business transformation since relocating from Bombay almost 2 decades ago.

Together we are quite a friendly couple and having rented until recently wish to maintain a congenial atmosphere of house sharing.

There is no requirement for you to be a high achiever but we are looking for someone who would feel at home with us in their own way and is able to share laughs ;-)
