This is a double room available for the next 6 months -1 year. It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms a kitchen, sitting room and garden. The homeowners will not be living here for the next few months so you will essentially have the house to yourself. If you choose to extend your stay once the homeowners are back then rent can be rediscussed for a lower price. If you are a student we can also discuss a lower price.

Ideally we would like someone professional who can take care of the property as their own and a female would be most suitable. The house is in a very good location and the house comes equipped with furniture, kitchen equipment and space for parking.

Our only request would be that whoever takes on the rent doesn’t bring loads of people round or make loads of noise for neighbours and takes care of the house as their own. This is very important.

Bills are all included. The house is well connected is less than a 10 minute walk from silver street station.
