This is a three bedroom house with a communal living space and new kitchen and bathroom. There is a small south facing garden to the rear.

Rent includes all bills, fibrefast broadband and a weekly cleaner.

The house is a 10-12 minute walk from Silver Street Weaver line station and also has very good bus connections.

You will be sharing with two lovely gay guys, 29 & 32 (not together!) who have professional jobs. So this room would suit a young professional who identifies as LGBTQ+ or is an ally.

I am currently a live out landlord because I am on a sabbatical and spending time with my family and doing various bits of travel - but I continue to be easily contactable and responsive to the needs of the current housemates.
