The house is extremely clean with communal: extra large living and dining room area separate and kitchen separate (cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle and ample storage). There is a large green garden as well.

Only 2 of us in the property so extremely spacious and peaceful.

Can include private parking spot (off street parking on my house drive) for £50 extra per month.

Must be working in local area and will require employer reference. No couples allowed.
