Double room for August (price negotiable)

My tenancy runs until the end of August but I want to leave at the end of July to spend some time abroad.

I have a double room with big sliding doors going onto a patio (which are a life saver when its hot!).

My two flatmates are good friends of mine. They are both open minded and easy to talk to.

We have an open plan kitchen/living room and a nice bathroom.

Am willing to consider a small cut on the price because it's short notice, but I've already cut a bit myself so nothing too big...
