Quiet & Clean Room in Upper Holloway

As I moved together with my brother, my room will be free. The room is quiet and fully furnished and located in North Islington; public transportation is very good: the 91 bus directly departs in front of the house (takes 30 min to Holborn) and Archway Station (Northern Line), as well as Finsbury Park Station (Picadilly and Victoria Line), are nearby.

Apartment:
The flat is shared with two other people but you will have the room at the end of the corridor, so you are mostly left alone (if you like). The apartment is quiet, clean. My flatmate works in marketing and is very open. The other flatmate does a PhD. Professionals are preferred but no must.

Costs and moving in:
Rent is 650 GBP per month plus 60 GBP bills, meaning that the total rent would be 710 GBP.
My contract goes until the end of August 2020 and I am looking for a person who would be willing to stay in the room until that date, though staying longer is also an option. Having some source of income is important. If not, paying the rent for the 5 months in advance is also an option.
