Single room with shared bathroom, kitchen and balcony, in a quiet, friendly area, close to Finsbury Park and Archway tubes and Crouch Hill Overground. It is well served by buses, green spaces and a good variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.
The room itself has great light and a big south facing window. It’s a sound-proofed room, on the first floor, fully furnished - except for the white desk, which is the previous tenant’s. However I have an extra table if you need one.
I`m looking for someone female, professional, calm and fairly quiet, like me, ideally long term. I am an easy-going music teacher who works from home. I am fairly clean, over 40, spiritual and friendly. I like the arts, yoga, and nature.
Rent is £440 pcm + £78 council tax (not applicable to students) all other bills are included.
