The flat is a recently refurbished 2-bed, 2-bathroom with beautiful finishes, a balcony and views of a wooded area. The room for rent has a spacious built in closet and there is currently a double bed, a desk and an office chair (but these can be put in storage if you have your own furniture). The private three-piece bathroom is opposite the room. There’s also a little laundry room with a washer and dryer, and the kitchen Is fully equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave etc.


You would be sharing just with me - I am 32 yo, originally from Spain, retraining as an architect. I have been living here for a few years and love the space, the area, and the neighbours are lovely.
