Hello 👋🏼 We have a spare room available for single occupancy. The room is double and fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and side draw.

Rent includes all bills - council tax, water, broadband, electric and TV licence. (Excluding the cleaner)

Great location with a variety of transport links- 3 minutes walk to crouch hill overground and 10 minute walk to Archway station or 15 minute walk to Finsbury Park. There are also bus routes 41, 210, 91 and W3 within a 3 minute walk. It is also a 10 minute walk to Crouch End town where there are lots of lovely independent bars, restaurants and shops.

I am a 34 year old professional living with my partner Charlie. We live between London and Lincolnshire and we love to travel and explore so our weekends are usually spent away from London either in Lincolnshire or travelling.

We are looking for a professional female of a similar age to rent the spare bedroom.
I welcome friends round for dinner, wine nights etc but the flat isn’t a party flat so I’m also looking someone mindful of that ☺️

Deposit is one weeks rent £237.50 to secure the room.
Ideally looking for a 6 month minimum 🤗

The room will be available from early October but we can be flexible with dates as the current room mate is moving out on the 22nd September, looking for someone who will be able to move in by 8th October.
