Sublet in homely Archway flat (flexible dates)

Viewings being held on the 25th of June
(Please read full description before messaging and indicate you understood it is a sublet!

As I will be away for 2 months this July and August I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely flat in Archway.

THE FLAT:

The room is a small double and the flat has a big bright living room with a dining table and sofas to chill and watch TV.
It’s on the top floor in a three story house and unfortunately there is no lift available.
Very conveniently located on Hornsey Road, short walk to Archway station (zone 2) and plenty of shops and pubs on our doorstep. :) Also a short walk from crouch end, which has a lot of cute restaurants and coffees and parks like Waterlow park and Hampstead Heath.

FLATMATES

You’ll be sharing with Johnny and Lora in their mid twenties/early thirties. They’re both very relaxed and friendly, and ofc respectful of each other’s space and schedules.

We like to hang out together sometimes over a shared meal or glass of wine or play games, sometimes we have friends over, but we also have our own very busy life’s and are respectful of each others spaces.

We’re looking for someone equally chill and considerate who will treat the flat as a home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making it cosy and keeping it clean and tidy and expect you to do the same.

DATES:

I’m going away on the 30th of June (and will be gone at least until September(so 2 months) however, this is flexible and can be extended if you like! ( I have to be back by end of September for Uni but anything before that can be arranged)

RENT&BILLS

Rent + council tax + wifi is £650
on top of that, you will take turns paying for electricity via the top up reader which is super cheap (usually no more than £20 each a month)
