Double Room to Rent in North London

A double room is available on a quiet street in our 3 bed house in the Archway/Finsbury Park area in London starting from late May!

The house features a living room which is seen in the photos (we have changed the rug, don’t worry) attached, a fully equipped kitchen, double glazing windows throughout the house, a shared bathroom and the most important part, a lovely spacious garden which my housemate does a really good job attending to!

We will have a double room on the 2nd floor in our house available from 22nd May (some flexibility) if anyone is looking for a new home. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and will have space for a desk and it also has lots of natural light into the room!

The location is pretty great as well, about a 10/15 minute walk to either Archway or Finsbury Park tube stations (Northern and Victoria) and a less than 5 minute walk from Crouch Hill Overground Station and have bus stops less than a 2 minute walk.

You’ll be living with two guys who have lived in the house for the past 2 years with another but he is now getting married! We would be looking for someone clean, tidy and easy going. We often like to spend time with each other in the house so we would be looking for an outgoing person to join the house who likes to do a mixture of spending time in the city and chilling either indoors or in the garden in the summer! Also if you’re not that outgoing and are quieter that then is absolutely fine as well!
