Mon-Fri Crouch Hill flatshare with garden & cat

We have a small double room to let in our spacious ground and first floor flat in Crouch Hill on a Mon-Fri let.

We are looking for someone friendly, relaxed, tidy, and cat-friendly to share with us and our (very cute but sometimes a little hyper!) cat Mia on weekdays.

The bedroom on offer is a small furnished double room on the first floor. It’s a 3 bed flat split over 2 floors, and the 3rd bedroom is used as a spare room/office/additional living room. Alongside this there is a big bright kitchen with all the expected bits (including washing machine and dishwasher), a dining room, living room, full bathroom and downstairs loo.

We also have a terrace and garden which opens from the living room, and is quite a suntrap during the day. It’s mostly paved but with some plants. It needs a bit of TLC at the moment but it is a great space for some low-key socialising or just relaxing in the sunshine!

The flat is in a quiet residential area just under 10 minutes walk from Crouch Hill station and Crouch End. There are also buses to Finsbury Park and Archway stations or those stations are just under 20 mins walk from here. We are close to lots of cafes and pubs in Crouch End and Stroud Green and the Parkland Walk is very nearby as well as other green spaces.

We are a couple who both work in London (one of us works from home a few days a week) and are mostly out at least one or two nights in the week, but when we are in we’re up for a chat!

All bills included. We are looking for a Mon-Fri let and are open to 2 or 3 night lets too (we would adjust price for this).
