I am looking for tenant for my flat on the days that I'm not in the city. The flat is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in zone 2 and is easy access to the centre. Cycle to the centre takes about 20 mins.
The whole flat (meaning the bedroom, the patio, kitchen, and bathroom -no living room) is available as I am in London only 3-4 days a week. There'll be professional cleaning twice a week.
The room has access to a private outdoor space which is maintained for our guests' comfort and tranquility.
The area is surrounded with great pubs and ethnic restaurants and has quick and easy access to the city centre.
The bathroom and the kitchen is shared with one other tenant who cycles to the centre (15 min) daily and stays in the flat for only 3-4 days a week.
