Description
Looking for someone to join our lovely flat in north London and make the place feel like your home :)
The room available is a large first floor bedroom with bay window, which comes furnished with a double bed, bookshelves, dresser, small desk & wardrobe. It is available to move in on the 1st March, however our outgoing housemate Anita can be flexible on the date.
We share a kitchen/living area, so will appreciate someone who keeps the communal area tidy (we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks for a deeper clean). Help in the garden also appreciated/required, as we're responsible for maintaining the area.
Our flat is located in a quiet street near a park, just a 10 min walk to either Archway or Couch End, and a 15 min walk to Finsbury Park. There are plenty of good pubs, restaurants and food shops nearby.
Rent is £823 per month, exc bills (about £100 per month but fluctuate seasonally). We each take responsibility for different bills, and use a Splitwise to keep track. There will be a one off £50 reference check fee, payable to the real estate agent, and the share of the bond is £862.82.
Bonnie & Caroline: We are both in our early 30's, working in the wine/spirits world and charity worlds respectively. We both work hybrid roles, and ideally would like someone doing the same / not working from home full time.
Hoping to meet someone who shares our love of food, wine, pub quizzes and cosy evenings in watching a film or having some chill time. We are not a party house, but we are a social space : ) Bonnie's boyfriend Peter stays over one or two nights a week.
Usual references required as it is run through an estate agent (aka currently in work, with 2.5 times the rent per month income, or able to provide a UK guarantor plus your own savings). Council Tax band E
