Small double for let in 2 bed flat

My current flatmate is moving on to another adventure and so I am seeking someone to share this lovely flat with.

The room available is a small double or large single depending on what you want to do with it. Its unfurnished, although there is a built-in wardrobe. The landlord is quite relaxed and has in the past provided some furniture to those moving in on request.

The flat in general is bright and airy with high ceilings in a converted terraced house. It has a large kitchen/living room with all the mod cons (now also with ninja air fryer if thats a selling point : )). The bathroom has a bath and shower.

The room/flat would suit a clean and tidy, non-smoking professional who likes to socialise but also has their own life, friends etc. It is very much a home and place to relax after a busy day rather than a hub of activity...

Its halfway between Finsbury Park and Crouch End and is well served by transport links - 5 min walk to Crouch Hill station, 10 - 15 min walk/5 min bus ride to Archway and Finsbury Park stations, 5mins to 24hr 91 bus. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, local shops and supermarkets within in 15mins walk and green space - Hampstead, Camden and various green spaces (Finsbury Park, Alexander Place, Hampstead Heath, Queens Wood, Highgate woods) are all a 20min bus ride away.

A bit about me... I have a 9 to 5 central job, working a mix between the office and home. At the moment I am away at least once a month. It’s a bit of a tech job, I lean towards more creative things when not at work, I love cooking, am a fan of the guitar and animation, and keep telling myself I will make something mindful like a quilt! I enjoy spending time with friends and when I'm not out I'm at home relaxing and enjoy a meal and chat with my flatmate when we are both around, if time allows.
