I am moving out of my room in Stroud Green and I am looking for a replacement to take over the contract for the remaining 6 months from March 7th 2025 - 6th September 2025.

Rent is £953.33 pcm
Deposit is £1100

The room comes furnished with what you see in the the first picture, flat also had a shared bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

You’ll be sharing with three professional males in their late 20s - early 30s. Rent includes council tax, WiFi, and water. Electricity and gas are separate, each month we send the agent (Stay Easy) meter readings and they calculate it for us - the cost has been an extra £30-ish per month in the cold months, but will get cheaper as it gets warmer. We also have a cleaner that comes once a month included in the rent.

Finsbury Park station is a 15 minute walk away, Crouch hill overground is a 5 minutes walk away, pubs and restaurants are 5-10 min walk away, lots of bus routes nearby (43, W3, W7), good access to places like Crouch End and Holloway.
