Modern flat in a quiet area with quiet neighbors. The flat is very clean with a responsive landlord for any queries/fixes needed. Hosts a very spacious lounge with lots of light and a good kitchen with everything you need and a dining table.

Area:
Route to Finsbury Park has everything you need from shopping, supermarkets, gym, restaurants, cafes, cinema, and the most extensive pub crawl of your life.
Easy access to the park as well, is a great running route.

Transport:
Finsbury Park (15 mins), Crouch Hill (2 mins), and Archway (10 mins), plus lots of nearby bus routes all with easy access to central London.

About me:
I have lived in the flat for one year and love the space and area. Am very clean, relaxed and like cooking and chilling in the lounge after work.
Have recently started piano lessons round the corner. Music is a big part of my life, I enjoy going to gigs when I can and like doing new things around London.

I work in sustainability around Farringdon doing a blend of office and working from home.

Move in date is February 1st.
