I’m looking to sublet my spacious room (21 sqm, 225 sqft) in a flat share for Dec 2025 and Jan 2026. The rent is £1250 per month including all bills. Our townhouse in N19 (110 sqm, 1200 sqft) comes equipped with a large kitchen, a shared living room, and a terrace.

You will be sharing the flat with my flatmate and his girlfriend. They are friendly, keep to themselves, and are always willing to help when needed. The property is large enough for everyone to have their own space.

The property is located between Tufnell Park and Archway stations on the Northern line, and Holloway Road station on the Piccadilly line. There is a bus stop close by (2 mins on foot). There are two supermarkets within 5 mins walking distance from the property.
