Big Double Room between Finsbury Park and Archway

Hi! I am moving out of our three bed flat on Hornsey Road to move closer to uni, so we are looking to sub someone into the tenancy (I am leaving early via a change of tenancy).

The flat itself is the top two floors of a four storey building. There are two flats below and we've never had any noise complaints. There are three bedrooms (this is the biggest), a combined kitchen living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The room advertised has a wardrobe, double bed, and a built in cupboard (which I've currently taken the door off but can go back on). The room is at the back of the building so it's incredibly quiet, even with the window open. We deal directly with the landlord for maintenance and they're always very responsive. Moving in will require referencing checks with the agent, Traynor & Co, and I'll be covering all the fees for this. Islington council tax band D.

You'd be moving in with two amazing guys, Ollie and George, who are present, generous, and fun flatmates. George works in the charity sector, and loves cooking - he's very talented behind the hob (gas, btw) and the kitchen will remain fully equipped in my absence! Ollie is a producer, currently in sports broadcasting, but has worked on many documentaries in the past. He's passionate about film and photography.

The area around the flat has loads of nice cafes and restaurants, and is 10 mins walk to Archway tube station, 15 mins walk to Finsbury Park tube station, and has loads of bus routes to central London.
