Bright large Double Room available asap!

Dear potential flatmate,

We’re currently a household of two women looking for two kind, tidy, and considerate flatmates to join our home. We are ideally looking for female flatmates, but we are also open to male applicants who will respect everyone’s space while enjoying a friendly, shared atmosphere.

We have two furnished double rooms available, one of which is slightly larger than the other. Both rooms include a bed, and one of the rooms also has a bed frame available.

The rooms are available immediately and ideally suited to those looking for a long-term stay.

Altogether, the household flatshare will have a maximum of four flatmates. Both new tenants will share one bathroom, while the top bathroom is shared between the top flatmate and me. We all share the kitchen and garden space, so the home feels spacious and not overcrowded.

The rent includes all bills and a regular cleaning service, except for garden maintenance, which is shared seasonally.

We’re looking for people who are clean, responsible, and easy-going, and happy to contribute to a positive household vibe. Viewings will be arranged at the beginning of January.
