Two large Double Rooms available asap!

Dear potential flatmate,

We’re currently a household of two women looking for two kind, tidy, and considerate flatmates to join our home. We ideally welcome female flatmates, though we’re also open to respectful male applicants who value shared spaces and a friendly, relaxed household atmosphere.

We have two furnished double rooms available:

• The front room, which is slightly larger
• The back room, which is a little smaller

Both rooms include a bed, clothes storage space, and one of the rooms also has a bed frame available and a desk with a desk lamp.

The rooms are available immediately and are ideally suited to someone looking for a long-term stay.

The household will have a maximum of four flatmates. Both new tenants will share one bathroom, while the top bathroom is shared between the top flatmate and me. This layout helps the home feel more spacious and less overcrowded. The bottom bathroom has been newly renovated, featuring a new shower, bathroom cabinet, shelving, and updated fittings. Please note that the pictures are not necessarily up to date.

We share the kitchen and garden, creating a comfortable and social shared living space.

A regular cleaning service comes on a routine basis, and the cleaning fee is included in the rent. Garden maintenance is an additional shared cost, split between the flatmates on a seasonal basis rather than monthly.

We’re looking for people who are clean, responsible, and easy-going, and who enjoy contributing to a positive household vibe. Viewings will be arranged at the beginning of January.
