Looking for someone to take over my room from 15th February. I’ve lived here for just over a year but am now moving to a friend’s place.

The room is bright and gets lots of sun. It’s furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe, with good storage.

You’d be sharing with one other person, with a shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. The flat is generally calm and suits someone who has their own thing going on.

Rent is £721.88 per month, with bills averaging around £160 per month.

This is a tenancy takeover running until November 2026, when I'm sure there would be the opportunity to start a new contract - so it’s ideal for someone looking for a longer-term place.

It's about a 5 min walk to Crouch Hill Overground station and a 15/20 min walk from both Finsbury Park and Archway Tube.
