Looking for a lodger. Crouch Hill area

Hi there,

I am Tania, a 40-year-old professional from Spain and living in London for the past thirteen years.

I am looking for a lodger, female professional to share my apartment. The flat is superbly located, 7 minutes walk from Crouch Hill station and well connected to Finsbury Park Station and Archway. The neighborhood is full of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops, including those in nearby Crouch End and Stroud Green. Parkland Walk and Finsbury Park are also in close proximity.

THE FLAT
Cosy flat, ground floor in a Victorian conversion, plenty of light, high ceilings, new oak floors, central gas heating, WiFi, beautifully decorated…
The flat is a one-bed flat where the living room has been converted into a bedroom.
The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, gas hob, kettle, toaster and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen also fits a table where we can share time during breakfast or after work over dinner.
The bathroom is split into wc room and bathtub room, both with hand-wash basin. The flat opens at the back into a south-oriented private garden.

YOUR BEDROOM
Bright and spacious room (14 m2) with beautiful bay window. The room features a double bed with comfortable organic mattress, a wardrobe (not display in the pictures), large sideboard unit, a clothes rack and two chairs.

ME
I work as an architect near Barbican. I generally work from the office. In my free time I enjoy doing exercise, visiting exhibitions, DIY, watching films and meeting friends. I also enjoy cooking and eating healthy. I am friendly and respectful. I enjoy socialising with my flatmate but will also respect your own space at home. I would like to find someone like-minded and open to create a nice, shared living environment.

I would like to share with a female professional with an office-based or hybrid work arrangement. You must be tidy, respectful, clean and non-smoker.
