Our lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of August so we’re looking for someone to fill her room.
The flat & the room 🏡
The flat is a 12 minute walk from Archway station and 17 minute walk to Finsbury Park. There’s also a bus stop 3 mins away with direct and frequent buses to Finsbury Park and King’s Cross Station.
It’s in a quiet, residential area with parks pubs and restaurants nearby. Theres a Tesco express 5 mins away and bigger shops a 10 min walk away on Holloway Road/Seven Sisters Road.
The room available is the biggest room with lots of space and natural light.
The flat has everything you could need: a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area, loads of storage and…a garden!!! 🪴
Move in date is 1st September (may be some flexiblity). Rent is £1,050 excluding bills (bills are around £125 a month). Council tax band E.
About us 🥰
We’re Sarah and Jess, both 25 working professionals and we met at uni in London 7 years ago. We enjoy spending time in the flat including cooking together and watching a movie or sports (F1 and football mostly!) and we also love a pub night. We’re looking for a friendly, like-minded girl in their mid-20s to join us!
