I’m offering my spare bedroom for a short let from 15 to 30 September only.

The room is in my brand-new two-bedroom flat in a quiet, leafy location between Crouch End and Highgate, right beside Parkland Walk. You would be sharing the flat with just me.

The flat is modern, bright and very well maintained, with a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, huge windows, lots of natural light and a large private terrace with green views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom is quiet and bright, with two windows and plenty of natural light.

It includes:

• Small double bed with Emma Original Hybrid mattress
• Very large wardrobe
• Desk and chair for working from home
• Bedside table and lamps
• Full-length mirror
• Fan

📍 Location

The flat is right beside Parkland Walk and within easy reach of both Crouch End and Highgate, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, parks and green spaces nearby.

Finsbury Park and Archway stations are around 10 minutes away, with Oxford Circus approximately 30 minutes away door to door.

👋 About the household

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, and this is a quiet, clean and relaxed home rather than a party flat.

I’m looking for someone considerate and tidy who will treat the flat with care during their stay.

This would be ideal for someone between tenancies, relocating to London, visiting for work, or simply looking for a comfortable temporary base for a couple of weeks.
