The room: spacious, high ceilings, big south facing window with a view of the forest outside. Room is UNFURNISHED, but I need to get rid of most of my furniture (bed, desk, clothes rail, drawers) if you would like to buy anything off me for cheap!!

The flat: 3rd floor apartment, one bathroom shared between 3 flatmates, small sitting room, kitchen, spare room we use for storage/laundry. There are some lockable storage cupboards in the corridor outside the flat. You would be living with two lovely 26 year old girls: a literary agent and a stage manager.

Location: 15 mins walk to East Finchley, or 30 mins to Golders Green, both on the Northern line and can get you to central London in 20 mins. The 102 bus stops right outside and goes to East Finchley, Golders green, big tesco and Brent Cross shopping centre. 5 mins away there’s a convenience store, Coop, pharmacy and post office. The flat is close to a main road, but my room faces the opposite direction so I don’t really notice the noise even with my windows open. It’s quite a safe area, no issues walking home after dark.
