New person would need to clean up after themselves in shared areas.
No candles or jossticks of any kind are allowed because of the buildup of smoke and soot in rooms hence the refurbishment of room at the moment.
Being retired I will work around your schedule,, shared areas are cleaned every 2 weeks.
I am very easy going and would prefer to discuss issues rather than bottle them up.
No pork in any form is allowed in the house,
The 125 bus stop is 2 minutes away and is a 10-15 minute ride from
southgate station..
all bills are included. I have Netflix and broadband
