Big double room in Winchmore Hill

I have a large double bedroom to rent in my 2 bedroom flat. The room can be furnished or unfinished, has beautiful windows, clean cream carpet and a very high ceiling. The flat has one bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living room.

Me: I am 34yo professional and mum, working in Marketing.

The ideal person would be female, +27, professional and has to be clean and tidy. I work from home full time so ideally it would be best if they have an office role or campus studying.
