I have a single room for sublet from min January / February / mid March in North London, Winchmore Hill N21 , 3 minutes walking from station(here is Z5 , so please check the postcode before send message) .
*30min to Moorgate /Liverpool street good connection to Victoria line.
I’ve been living in this flat for 5 years and the area is really lovely, safe and feels a bit like countryside but 20 to central London.
My son recently moved out and his room will be empty and it’s just me in the flat .
£650 month including bills and £300 deposit
* as the bills are altered included I can’t have people working from home .
