Empty Room/Flat As I’Ll Be Working In Another City

Hey, I’m a 33 year old working student, looking for a roommate as I’m hardly home and work from a different city. Which means im currently paying two rents. 6 months initially but if it’s a good fit maybe longer.
Kitchen, bathroom and very spacious double room with sofa and 58” tv and bookshelf, new bed and mattress, window gives off to an allotment, a lot of beautiful greenery and wildlife - the flat is located at the end of a very quiet and pleasant road. Has a lovely spacious balcony and free parking, also have a tumble dryer. I’ll be away majority of the time so it’s quite a good deal!
