This is definitely more a home not just a house of people. A little more ravioli than raves.
Us: LGBTQ+, home of creative professionals. We work in AI technology, design, music industry and events and hospitality management. Each individually very different but hang out at home often.
So much beautiful house for so little cost. The house is 5 rooms with only 4 housemates. 2 bathrooms, large private back garden, large kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also plenty free parking and off street parking.
Only £575 pcm.
Bills: bills average £150 pcm. Our highest bill is council tax as it’s Band F (we are trying to have this reassessed and lowered). We share responsibility of bills.
Deposit is £660 and you will need to be referenced by the agency, sorry no students.
The room is on the second floor with two large windows. A quiet room and gets plenty of sunlight. It’s been freshly painted and reset. Can come furnished or unfurnished.
The area: very peaceful and very beautiful. I have lived in London many years and this is the safest area by far, as a female I can walk at night without worry. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets at the end of our road, as well as gyms and a tennis court. There are lots of parks and nature on your doorstep, but central London is easily accessible. Enfield town. Southgate, Wood Green, Alexandra Palace are all very close with shopping centres and lots going on.
Transport: a bus stop on the street with frequent buses and night buses. Grange Park is the nearest station (under 5 mins walk), there is also Winchmore Hill and Southgate nearby.
Please note: this isn’t a party house, we sometimes party but usually elsewhere. Occasional parties are fine. Dinners and garden gatherings are more the vibe.
No students, no couples, and must be able to provide referencing. Please asked any questions!
