Single room London N22 - view on WhatsApp

Due to the ban to leave from home and coronavirus outbreak I understand it's not possible to view the room at the moment by coming in. That's understandable.

I offer online viewings of the room and the flat with video on WhatsApp. I will show you the room and the flat the best I can. It's just myself only living in the flat. I'm looking for other person to the single room to move as soon as the ban on leaving home is lifted and leaving home is allowed again. The room is ready and waiting to be rented.

Please note this is very clean and tidy place and I would like to find a person who keeps the flat and the room clean as well. It is cozy, single room. There is a living room, bathroom, kitchen with possibility of cooking, doing your laundry or having meals in the living room.

Located near Bowes Park train station (5-7 mins walk, trains to Finsbury Park, Moorgate, Kings Cross St Pancrass) or 12 mins walk to Bounds Green tube station (Picadilly line with 24h run on the weekends when not suspended), you could also take 3 bus stops to Wood Green tube station on Picadilly line.

It's an excellent hub to access many places in Central London quickly.

Many local Turkish, Polish, Greek Cypriot, Romanian and Bulgarian food shops, Tesco, Morrison's supermarkets in the area.

It's an excellent place for a single person who works or studies in London and wants to stay on budget but having all necessary facilities available.

LGBT or LGBT friendly person is welcome however it does not matter what is your preference. Respect is the key.
