Double Room in two bed flat

I have a double room in my flat available - it's at the back of the flat overlooking the gardens. The room is really peaceful and can be very cosy. The flat is really big, so the two bedrooms are really far apart from one another. There is a brilliant living space, that is as agile as it is wonderful. Really great for dinners and movie nights together and also a great place to work. I'm looking for someone who works in the creative field.
It's a pretty shitty time out there but would be great to find someone who will be comfortable here and we can be super productive and watch all of the best TV and have a lovely time.
I have a car which is pretty handy for food shops, and know the area really well, so consider me your tour guide.
It's £680 plus bills - which come to about £100/month
