Nice quiet residential street, a 5min walk from the high street, shops, cinema, pubs etc (hopefully to open soon!)

3 friendly, sociable housemates. Respectful, enjoy quiet time but all are sociable and enjoy occasional dinners together, movie nights, walks etc

We have a living room! With a little TV, comfy sofas, nice spot for an afternoon coffee, movie nights, or a drink after work.
We have internet set up, room would be suitable if you are working from home.

There is access to a garden, we might put some work into it so its nice to sit out when its hotter! There is alos just a short walk to some nice parks, Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park, Muswell Hill etc are just down the road.

The usual, kitchen, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Bathroom has a bath/shower, and there is a smaller 2nd toilet.

Rent, Bills and council tax are paid each month.
