Peaceful, clean, Double, share with 1 person only

Hello, You would just be sharing with me in my house. Im flexible on moving in dates. The location is in equal distance from Wood Green tube station N22 .and Turnpike Lane tube N15. Both 15mins walk away. 5mins by bus , multiple routes directly to both stations from stop at end of the road. 25mins by tube to anywhere central london, soho and city also buses directly into city onto east london shoreditch etc, (243) Wood Green has a Shopping Mall, gyms, cafes, supermarkets the usual. Im often away with work and visiting family. Enjoy a chat over coffee or glass of wine, I work in Broadcasting central london/ kent and from home. Im happy to help in anyway and Im friendly, but on the whole I prefer a peaceful quiet and clean tidy home environment. If this sounds like what you would like please do contact me. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom and room for desk if needed.. The house is light, clean and airy , there is a large through lounge along with a bright spacious kitchen and dining area, garden, washing machine. The rent would be 870pcm including bills . (There isn't a landline or broadband at the property at the moment. As i use my 5G mobile hotspot via my phone. But would consider getting broadband if needed. )Im ok with smoking outside on patio but if you are a heavy smoker or plan to smoke indoors please don't consider this room or if you have pets. Im female btw the name doesn't give anything away and i have 2 cats which are outdoor cats , well looked after in every aspect and i often take them with me when i go away. You will find you have the house to yourself much of the time especially over the coming summer months and into Autumn.
