Sadly I’m leaving London in 2 weeks and I’m trying to help my flatmate to backfill my room! I’m absolutely gutted that I have to leave this place because I loved it! (The picture doesent give any justice, the room has a lot of potential)
We are looking for someone who is clean and nice:)

✨Location: 5 minutes walk from woodgreen station-15 minutes walk to Alexandra Palace
✨My flatmate is a 32 years old man who is a chef, his schedule is pretty decent, no late shifts and he is so quiet like a mouse!
✨the rooms are spaced out so you won’t hear anything from the flatmates room!
✨The bedroom is always sunny, loads of natural light
✨Pet friendly (for indoor cat)
✨part furnished(chest of drawers and wardrobe), the mattress is a brand new one from ikea
The rent is £850+bills usually it comes to £1050 all included.
