Double room in quiet house N22

Hi,

We are renting a double room with queen size bed* (the desk and chais wont stay but others can be provided) in a quiet house, close to a few local parks and shops, and Picadilly Line a 10 min walk. ASAP as we've had a deal falling off.

There are 3 males and 1 female currently living here, Abdurahim who spends more time travelling than ar home, Simon who works in retail, Ferit works in hospitality, Nji who is a student and works in social care and I am a yoga teacher and I study Brazilian dances and Portugueze language. We also share the house with my 2 lovely cats Bella and Max. We are all very chilled and respectful and keep the place tidy.
We'd love you to be female and vegetarian/pescatarian, not a condition but just for the sake of keeping the energetic balance in the house.


The rent is £185/week , all bills included, but we might get a cleaner and all chip in for that. Rent is paid every 4 weeks in advance, that is £740. We also ask for a deposit of £500 and one month notice before moving out and a minumum stay of 6 months.
