Hi,
We are renting a double room with queen size bed in a quiet house, close to a few local parks and shops, and Picadilly Line a 10 min walk.
There are 3 males and 2 female currently living here, and looking for another femalr to keep the balance. We also share the house with my 2 lovely cats Bella and Max. We are all very chilled and respectful and keep the place tidy.
The rent is £180/week, all bills included, except cleaning and maintanace which is another £30. Rent + cleanung are paid every 4 weeks in advance (£750). We also ask for a deposit of £500 and one month notice before moving out and a minumum stay of 6 months.
