Bright double bedroom in a two bed period flat available from 15 December (with some flexibility). The room has a double bed, rail and shelving but is otherwise unfurnished as my housemate had her own furniture.

- Newly fitted Kitchen (with fridge freezer, washing machine)
- Shared living room
- Garden
- Hallway (and under stair cupboard)

About the flat:
The flat is a 20 min walk from Wood Green (10 mins on the bus) or a 20 mins to Bowes Park Station.

Rent is £750 including bills for a Monday - Friday let (flexible on price if not needed all of Mon - Fri).
Bills include water, broadband, electricity, gas, tv licence and council tax.

About me:

I’m a 38 year old professional and I’ve owned the flat for almost 8 years. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, dinner and drinks with friends.

My current housemate has lived with me for 2 years but is moving to Ireland for work. I’m looking for a housemate who wants a place to call home during the week.

I also have a black cat called Poe who is very friendly and likes a cuddle on the sofa.
