🌿 Room Available in Our Calm, Friendly Home – Bowes Park / Wood Green🌿

We’re looking for a new flatmate to take my old room. It’s a peaceful, easy-going home where everyone has their own schedule, and while we don’t hang out loads, we get on well and keep things warm, respectful, and relaxed. The house is old with lots of character, old house comes with its own quirks.

The house is split across floors with two kitchens, so you’ll share a kitchen and separate WC with two other housemates.

There’s also a garden, plenty of green parks nearby, and a quiet atmosphere throughout-perfect if you travel a lot for work or just need a calm place to unwind.

Looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and a girl (preferably)!! Over 30 would suit the vibe in the house more. Also landlord has specific requirements for uk residency status - so no temp visa (sorry)

* Freshly painted (light pink) double room with high ceilings and a new window
* Navy carpet + a small built-in cupboard
* Partly furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. (Different to the first picture as that is my own bed)
* No couples, no students, non-smoking

💷 Rent & Bills
* Rent: £480/month (paid to the landlord on the 1st)
* Bills: approx. £130/month
* Deposit: £480 deposit

* 1 bathroom shower (never an issue as we all have different schedules)
* 2 toilets
* 2 kitchens
* Garden + balcony + a shared living room
* Storage is mostly limited to your room, so it suits someone who keeps things simple

* 10 minutes to Bowes Park (train to Moorgate)
* 15 minutes to Wood Green (Piccadilly line, shops, cafés)
 Super convenient for getting around London!

👋 About Us
 We’re aged 31–43, working in the arts and creative sectors. The house stays quiet and restorative-definitely not a party house but we’re all friendly and open, and guests are fine with a bit of notice. We appreciate someone who’s clean, considerate in shared spaces, and ideally not working from home full time (we keep the heating low during the day in winter).
