Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my large, fully furnished room in Turnpike Lane (near Harringey, Tottenham and Wood Green) that looks onto our garden. I am flexible on the move-in date; the room is available from the 19th/20th January 2026, with the latest move-in date being 1st February 2026.

You will be living with Delaney (29) and her 2 cats, Poot and Ninkie! Delaney likes makeup, skincare, reading, true crime, history and works as a client manager at an insights agency✨✨
Flat and location 📍
It is a ground-floor flat that has a large living room and kitchen, and a garden that leads onto a park. The garden comes with outdoor furniture (great for summer!) and the bathroom has both a bath and a shower 🧖🏼♀️
The flat is less than a 10-minute walk to the underground station (Piccadilly line). The area is residential and easy to commute. There is a Lidl about 5 minutes walk from the flat, MoreYoga less than 10 minutes away and Wood Green shopping centre about 10 minutes walk too.
Cost 💸
Rent is £1000 a month plus bills.
Our landlord is very nice and timely, but does require proof of employment before putting you on the tenancy.
